We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. So, what’s the conclusion? Well, I am stuck here at 1AM not able to finish a client deliverable that I will need to complete by tomorrow night. I changed the folder name back to it's original name adding back the (64 Bit), reran the patch and in under 45 seconds, I was running CS6 version 13.0.Hopefully, in a few hours the issue will be solved, and I will be able to complete this project in time for delivery. ![]() Scratched my head a little and finally thought that since my 64 bit version of CS6 wanted the reference to the 64 Bit in it's name since that is what the installer program had named it's default directory, who was I to change it! So I download the update package, and being the attention to detail idiot that I am, I changed the name of my folder which was titled "Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit) eliminating the reference to (64 Bit). The installation instructions state 'Ensure that the folder on your hard drive containing Photoshop is named "Adobe Photoshop CS6"' Finally thought I'd just go ahead and do the update manually! So this is for your information in case you have to try and help another idiot like me. Disabled my firewall AND security software and still wouldn't connect to the Adobe Application Manager. disabled my firewall, no change! Went in and tweaked every security protocol that I could think of and added every Adobe product on my computer to the firewall exceptions list and tried again.
